PUBLIC TENDER

Land Aruba, through the Fondo Desaroyo Aruba, is holding a public tender for the following project:

“Volwasseneneducatie – Digitale Studie Wegwijzer & Infobank Lifelong Learning Aruba”

Project description:
The project involves the development of a web portal that facilitates digital access to relevant local and international websites, up-to-date information and personalized data regarding study opportunities and guidelines for Aruban students and adult learners.

Project duration:  12 months from the start of the project.

Dates and locations:
The tender documents (in Dutch) will be available as of Monday November 3, 2014 against payment
of AWG 50,00. This payment shall be done at Directie Onderwijs, Frankrijkstraat 3 at the reception desk.

The Clarification Meeting (Inlichtingvergadering) will be held at 10.00 a.m.  on Wednesday November 12, 2014 at Directie Onderwijs, Frankrijkstraat 3.

The Memorandum of Modifications (Nota van inlichtingen) will be available at Directie Onderwijs, Frankrijkstraat 3 as of Tuesday November18, 2014, and will be sent by email to interested parties.

The Public Tender (Openbare Aanbesteding) will take place on Tuesday November 25, 2014 at 10.00 a.m. and will be held at Directie Onderwijs, Frankrijkstraat 3.

The standard procedures for this public tender will adhere to the stipulations of the UAR 1986 – NL and the UAV 1989. Directie Onderwijs will be in charge of the supervision. All offers must remain valid for at least 60 days.

Requirements:
All candidates are required to supply the following with their bid:

1. Proof of registration at the Chamber of Commerce not older then 6 months (original).
2. Letter of willingness from an AAA-rated bank for the provision of a bank guarantee (this document must be presented in original form at the Public Tender on November 25, 2014).
3. Declaration of the Ontvanger der Belastingen regarding compliance to fiscal obligations.
4. Other requirements will be listed within the tender documents.
