ORANJESTAD - People who have not received their voting card still have the chance to request one.

The Civil Registry, Censo, gives everyone who has not yet received their voter’s card the opportunity to pick it up today.

A valid identity card (ID, passport, driving license) must be provided.

Censo has received many voter’s cards back from Post Aruba NV, and after evaluating the situation, it came to the following procedure:

• FAMILIES LIVING UNDER ONE ROOF:

Family member(s) who have not received their voter’s cards, another member of the household, can collect the voting card(s) in person with the valid identification(s) of the family member(s).

APPLYING FOR A VOTER’S CARD FOR THIRD PARTIES:

A person who wants to request the voter’s card for someone else must have a signed authorization and a valid identification of the person who signed the consent.

The time to do this is from 8:00 am to 06:30 pm only at the headquarters of the Civil Registry and Population Register, Censo, at Schoolstraat 2.
