Warning – Do not use medication without a prescription
ORANJESTAD – The Public Health Inspectorate informs that Ozempic and drugs like Saxenda, Wegovy, Rybelsus, and Semaglutide are drugs that require medical supervision.
For this reason, the only way to get these medicines is with a doctor’s prescription from a registered physician in Aruba. Because it is a medicine, it can have consequences for your health if not used under a doctor's guidance.
It is also important to note that medicines not obtained legally at a pharmacy are not guaranteed and can be dangerous. The National Ordinance on the Supply of Medicines (AB 1990 No. GT9) prohibits the illegal import, sale, and distribution of drugs. Violation of this law can result in criminal penalties.
