This seminar is a collaboration between Fundacion Plan di Bida, Bold Properties, and the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

It is free of charge and will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Renaissance Convention Center. 

The seminar provides the community with valuable information regarding their right to become homeowners. Knowledge is necessary to effectively deal with the requirements, such as qualifying for a mortgage based on standard criteria. Additionally, there are other costs associated with these requirements that one should be aware of to better budget and plan for their future investment.

The Ministry of Economic Affairs organizes various activities to encourage people to be more conscious when making financial decisions for their benefit.

Several prominent speakers attend the seminar, including notary Theodore Johnson and financial analyst Ralph Yarzagaray, real estate agents, and a representative from a local bank who will explain the process for applying for a mortgage. There will also be a representative from DIP who will provide information about government requirements, annual costs, and zoning.
