Reminder: Change in AO notification hours SVb.
ORANJESTAD – On March 1, 2025, SVB introduced some changes in the service for employees who wish to report as unfit for work (AO).
Employees can report AO via the “MiSVb Trahado App” from Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. You can also report AO by phone, but only from Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
You can only call in sick (AO notifications) during weekends and public holidays via the “MiSVb Trahado App” between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. AO notifications by phone will not be possible on weekends and public holidays.

SVB reminds clients that medical consultation requests can only be made from Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
An employee who called in sick (AO) via the "MiSVb Trahado App" and remains unwell after three days must request a medical consultation via the same app between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
