KPA introduces new uniform
ORANJESTAD – Recently, the Police Corps Aruba (KPA) introduced its new operational uniform, giving the police a refreshed look.
The selection of the best fabric quality for the operational uniform was highly rigorous. They tested and evaluated the quality of the shirt and the pants multiple times. KPA had to identify the best material that lasts and works well in Aruba's climate.
Since March 1, 2025, the KPA has been wearing its new operational police uniform. Designed by our police officers, the uniform features a unique design. Aruba will notice the difference in the new uniform, which offers better quality, more flexibility, a modern design, and improved visibility.
The dark blue polo shirt has a horizontal design across the middle, bright yellow stripes on the sleeves, and the KPA insignia on the left shoulder and chest. Police personnel are more identifiable in the community because the pants are the same dark blue hue, and both items feature the word "Polis" printed in Papiamento.
During the Grand Carnival Parade in San Nicolas, police officers wore the new operational uniform.
