DIMAS presented its latest project, the self-paying kiosk

ORANJESTAD -  The Department of Integration, Management and Admission of Foreigners - DIMAS) unveiled the self-paying kiosk initiative, which uses digitalized procedures to minimize errors and improve customer experience recently.

The government and DIMAS launched this program to provide the best service possible. As a company, you are ultimately less likely to be vulnerable to corruption when you deliver exceptional service. This project is the first phase and will be expanded to digitize as many processes as possible, which leads to improved service and reduces the chance of errors.

A Dutch delegation will travel to Aruba next week to assess the entire company, including DIMAS management. As a result, all processes will improve, enabling DIMAS to enhance its services to the community.
