DIMAS now more accessible via WhatsApp

ORANJESTAD - The Department of Integration and Management of Foreigners, DIMAS, announces a significant change to improve contact between the community and DIMAS by integrating the WhatsApp service on their website.

After intensive work and planning, DIMAS is pleased to announce that starting June 10, 2024, anyone seeking information about their permit or having general questions related to the permit application process, the necessary documents, etc., can contact DIMAS via WhatsApp.

Contact via WhatsApp will simplify and facilitate communication between the community and DIMAS. The DIMAS Front Office team handles each message via WhatsApp directly. They received rigorous training to facilitate the communication process.

Given the accelerated advancements in technology and communication, DIMAS has found it prudent to "catch up" and comply with the most used communication method in Aruba and the region. The WhatsApp feature now connects the client and DIMAS efficiently and conveniently, providing the client with all the necessary information quickly and directly.

To contact DIMAS via WhatsApp, visit www.dimasaruba.aw. Click on the WhatsApp symbol on the home page, and you will be connected with the staff during office hours from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

This initiative reflects DIMAS's commitment to using technological advances to serve the community more effectively and efficiently.
