A.T.A. presents the second edition of Voices of Tourism with international speaker Trent Shelton.
ORANJESTAD - Aruba Tourism Authority (A.T.A.) in November, through "Voices of Tourism," organized a conference designed to cultivate interest, commitment, and passion among students in the field of hospitality and other areas; the voice of the present and future of our tourism.
The program focuses on students of E.P.B., E.P.I., and some students of the University of Aruba, who represent the bulk of the workforce and the future leaders of the tourism industry in Aruba.
Given the success of last year's conference, it was decided to invite international and inspirational speaker Trent Shelton to once again connect with our young people during two mornings of the conference at Renaissance Convention Center. Trent guided the audience on how to reach their purpose, their power, and their inner peace. His life's mission is to connect people with the best version of themselves, communicating directly from his own experience. With his global platform, Trent connects with his audience via various inspirational talks, podcasts, books and audiobooks, social networks, mental health courses, and mind management, to name a few.
The 'It All Starts With You' conference gave students the tools and confidence to consider their goals, development, and individual potential. T-shirts with the slogan "It All Starts With You" and Trent Shelton's book "Protect Your Peace: Nine Unapologetic Principles for Thriving in a Chaotic World" were given to certain students at the conference.
The conference also featured words from Ronella Croes, CEO of A.T.A., who shared his personal and professional motivation.
