Withdraw a business license

A non-active business must also withdraw their license at the Department of Economic Affairs, Commerce & Industry (DEACI).

A petition must be submitted at the DEACI (DEACI-Division of Establishment of Businesses) or contact the HELPDESK at 582-1181 ext. 250 at the Department of Economic Affairs, Commerce and Industry for assistance regarding the documents that need to be submitted.
