The leaders and heroes of the police force were honored.
ORANJESTAD— In honor of the Aruba Police Force (KPA), Minister of Justice Mr. Drs. Arthur Dowers paid a formal visit to the Justice Center in Macuarima on Monday, April 14.
During the ceremony, High Commissioner Ramon Arnhem officially unveiled a "Wall of Fame" that honors those who have served the Aruban community with passion and dedication as police members since our Status Aparte.
The "Wall of Fame" is an initiative of the police force (KPA) that pays tribute to everyone who has guided and directed the force with integrity since its beginning.
They also unveiled a second "Wall of Fame" to honor all High Commissioners who have held the highest position in KPA leadership over the years.
Minister Dowers thanks the Aruba Police Force for its endeavors to honor and commemorate those who have upheld the institution's duties in every situation, including successful and challenging periods.
It is a well-deserved tribute to those who have dedicated their lives to protect our community, from the lowest rank to the highest leadership.
The recognition is a testament to our ongoing dedication to upholding the honor of our police force and preserving its heritage as a cornerstone of our legal system and the Aruban community.
