Political Parties Financing
ORANJESTAD - According to the Ordinance of Political Parties, the candidates on the list of political parties, and the political parties participating in the parliamentary elections on December 6, 2024, are obliged to submit their systematic registration of all donations received to the Political Parties Finance Commission.
Additionally, they must submit a summary of the income and expenses of other fundraising activities, throughout the 12 months before the day of voting for parliamentary elections. The submission of such registration and summary is divided into two periods.
- The first term expires on November 22, 2024;
- and the second term expires on December 13, 2024.
The Political Parties Finance Commission notified the candidates on the list of political parties, and the political parties of their obligations.
The Political Parties Finance Commission will publish a summary of the donations made via the Electoral Council website, https://er.aw.
