G3+ consultations

ORANJESTAD - On Monday, May 27, the Governor of Aruba, His Excellency Alfonso Boekhoudt, received the Governor of Curaçao, Her Excellency Lucille George-Wout, the Governor of St. Maarten, His Excellency Ajamu Baly and the Secretary of State for Kingdom Relations and Digitalization, Alexandra van Huffelen, at the Cas Ceremonial for the so-called 'G3+ consultation'. 

This consultation, in which the three Governors plus the minister in charge of Kingdom Relations participate, takes place at least twice a year. During the G3+ consultation, they visited the University of Aruba, where the Governors and the Secretary of State received a tour of the Maria convent and an explanation of the Sustainable Island Solutions through the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (SISSTEM) program. 

They also reflected on the upcoming departure of the Secretary of State for Kingdom Relations and Digitalization.
