Drivers with personalized license plates can pick up a letter to have the plates made.
ORANJESTAD - Drivers with personalized license plates who paid their road tax last year can pick up their application letter at the reception desk of the Tax Department head office in Camacuri. This letter is a requirement to make the plates for 2025.
After submitting the letter to the company responsible for production, you may collect the plates at the Tax Department annex building after three business days. You can pick up the plates between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM.
You cannot collect personalized plates outside of these hours.
You do not need an appointment to pick up a personalized plate. However, you must make an appointment for regular plates.
When picking up the plates, you must present a valid insurance policy.
