Customs main office will be closed in connection with relocation from October 25 to November 1, 2024.

ORANJESTAD - The Customs Department informs that its head office, located at L.G. Smith Boulevard 134, will move to Bushiri 25 D (next to the former Pricehacker building) from Friday, October 25, to Friday, November 1, 2024.

From Friday, October 25, from noon until Friday, November 1, 2024, the main office will be closed/not operational.

As for Asycuda service, consider the following:

  • On Friday, October 25, 2024, the Asycuda system will only be operational at the airport, Aircargo, and Barcadera customs sections.
  • On Saturday, October 26, and Sunday, October 27, 2024, there will be no Asycuda system.
  • On Monday, October 28, 2024, the Asycuda system and the Asycuda City/Exemption and Exemption section will resume operations at the new location Bushiri 25 D.

All other services at the new location of the main customs office will resume on Monday, November 4, 2024.
