Consultancy & Contractor Submissions for Airport Projects
ORANJESTAD - Aruba Airport Authority N.V. (AAA), the managing and operating entity of Aeropuerto Internacional Reina Beatrix (AIRB), is issuing a final call for experienced consultancy firms and contractors to express their interest in supporting the airport’s Development & Technology (DevTech) team or becoming eligible to perform general contracting work for third-party companies operating on airport premises.
AAA’s DevTech team oversees infrastructure projects, facility maintenance, and airport system enhancements, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service for passengers and stakeholders. The Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) was originally issued on December 10, 2024, and with the January 31, 2025, deadline fast approaching, AAA urges interested firms and professionals to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) promptly to ensure consideration.
The REOI invites proposals from qualified firms and individuals in the following categories:
- Consultancy Services: We are seeking expertise in Engineering & Design, Surveying & Testing, Project Management & Planning, and other fields pertinent to facility development, construction, maintenance, and renovation.
- Contractor Services: We welcome companies that provide General Contractor Services for large-scale projects, as well as smaller tasks such as paint jobs, minor maintenance, and other small-scale modifications. Contractors must be committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient solutions.
