ORANJESTAD - On September 16, 2024, Chibi van der Hanspresented his work 'Lab Volume One' to the National Library of Aruba director, Mrs. Astrid Britten.
Lab Volume One is the history of Aruba's Carnival documentation in two volumes. One of the different presentations took place in the courtyard of the Departamento Arubiana at Bachstraat 5, Cas di e Coleccion Nacional.
It took Chibi van der Hans a few years to research the history of Carnival and work on the production of this publication. Van der Hans did a significant part of his research at the Departamento Arubiana. He is a graphic designer, photographer, and the New Studio Mileneo Tres owner.
