Beautification of the Alto Vista Chapel project
ORANJESTAD: The Department of Public Works (DOW) informed the Aruban community of the progress of the "Beautification of the Alto Vista Chapel" project by Phase 2 is scheduled to start on March 13, 2025, and should be finished by April 11, 2025.
This stage involves laying brick pavement for the chapel's parking lot, constructing a brick sidewalk and walkway, and laying brick paving for the principal plaza in front of the chapel. As part of the landscaping, they will plant Aloe and Kukwisa trees.
UTVs, ATVs, and buses will not be permitted to drive through or park in front of the chapel during the building of Phase 2:
- UTVs and ATVs must park behind the chapel;
- Buses must stop before they approach the chapel.
